I also love that a truly skilled orator can elevate language and turn it into art. Once or twice in my career, I’ve had the opportunity to hear my words spoken from someone who fits that description. This is true not only in government work, but in life. If you want to make a difference, want to have a voice, you have no choice but to show up and make your voice heard. You won’t always win.
